Dried Beef Liver (great for training)
1 lb beef liver Garlic powder 1 - 3 tbsp 1 large pot boiling water
Rinse beef liver well in cool water. Place beef liver in boiling water, add Garlic powder to water. Allow enough room in pot to prevent boiling over with water. Cook for at least 1/2 to 3/4 hours or until cooked well. Let cool then cut into 1/2" cubes. Spread on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degree for 2 hours or until dry to the touch.
